Lance Havens
Lance Havens is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Educational Psychologist. He studied Developmental Psychology and the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) before going on to obtain a Masters degree from Loyola Marymount University in Educational Psychology. Lance practiced as a School Psychologist during which time he also became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. He has a passion for working with individuals that present with aggression, self-injury, and other challenging behaviors.

Morgan Korte
Morgan Korte is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). She studied Speech and Language Pathology at Eastern Michigan University, before going on to obtain a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, from Arizona State University. Morgan has a passion for relationship building and compassionate approaches to treatment. Morgan enjoys reading, bike rides, and spending time with her family.

Shannon Bellanca
Shannon Bellanca is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Navy wife, and mother of two. She recently finished her Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She has been working in the field of ABA since 2016, and she looks forward to getting to work with you and your family!

Marissa santos
Marissa is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Child Development from San Diego State University and finished her Masters of Science degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from Pepperdine University. Marissa has a passion for helping others and building meaningful relationships. In her free time, she enjoys reading, journaling, hiking, and going to the beach.

Derek Stache
Derek is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). He moved to California from Michigan in 2018 and he's been with AIM since 2020. He received his Masters of Social Work degree from the University of Michigan and recently completed the BCBA coursework through the University of California, Santa Barbara. Derek enjoys reading, hiking, swimming, and going to the beach.

Brittany Tyler-ginsberg
Brittany Tyler-Ginsberg is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). She received her Bachelors of Science from the University of California, Davis in Neurobiology, Physiology, and Behavior, and completed her Masters of Education degree from Arizona State University in Applied Behavior Analysis. Brittany has been working in the field of ABA since 2012. She has a passion for verbal behavior and working with individuals with severe challenging behaviors. Brittany was born and raised in San Diego but recently moved back to San Diego from New York.

Emily Towey
Emily Towey is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). She moved to California from Boston in 2018, and received her Bachelor degree in Elementary Education and her Masters degree in Special Education from Salem State University. She recently completed her BCBA coursework and passed her BCBA exam! She has a passion for Early Intervention and Verbal Behavior.

Zoe Grate
Zoe Grate is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). She received her Bachelors of Arts from the University of Washington in both Psychology and Art, and completed her Masters of Science degree from Simmons University in Behavior Analysis. Zoe has a passion for early intervention and working with individuals with severe challenging behaviors. Zoe recently moved to San Diego and in her free time is enjoying exploring this new city.

Director of Financial and Administrative Services
Anna Rector
Anna keeps AIM running! She is a Michigan native with 5 years of medical billing and office management experience. She ensures that all AIM families are supported with navigating the complex world of medical health insurance. Anna also helps support our military service members throughout the United States by helping coordinate outcome measures that allow them to continue receiving ABA therapy services while serving their country. When she is not managing the day-to-day operations of AIM, she enjoys teaching her 5 children and tending to her small farm, including 2 horses, 3 ponies, 2 dogs, 2 cats, and a very large goldfish.

Diana Dickinson
Diana Dickinson is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). She received her Bachelor degree in Psychology from Columbia College and her Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University. Diana has a passion for providing compassionate care and working with individuals with challenging behaviors. In her free time she enjoys reading and spending time with her family.
