Individualized Assessment and Treatment Plan
Every individual with autism is unique. At AIM, don't use "cookie cutter" interventions. We believe that every person that we work with deserves an individualized treatment plan based on their needs.
When you first enroll with AIM Behavior Services, your child will receive a highly individualized assessment and a treatment plan created by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Their first steps will be:

-
Listen to the needs expressed by your family!
-
Review all records (school, health, etc.)
-
Interviewing you and anyone who’s worked with your child
-
Observations in the home and community setting
-
Observation is the school setting (if appropriate)
Your BCBA will then use this information to develop and write a treatment plan. The treatment plan will be designed and reviewed with the family for feedback before being implemented.

Ongoing, Regular Treatment
After developing the treatment plan, your child will be assigned to a team. Under the supervision of a BCBA, your team will provide intensive intervention designed to teach functional academics, life skills (self-help, communication, social skills, etc.), and other skills that are important to your family.
